Who is Cabai.cloud

Cabai.cloud is Belgian invoicing and business management software for freelancers and small businesses: quotes, invoices, credit notes and delivery notes, Peppol e-invoices sent and received, automatic bank reconciliation, payment reminders and VAT reports that follow Belgian rules. The Mirink plugin adds your print catalogue: your quotes are priced right, and orders go to your suppliers without retyping.

04Getting started

Ready in three steps

  1. Create a Cabai.cloud API key

    In Cabai.cloud, create an API key for Mirink.

  2. Paste it into Mirink

    Plugins → Cabai.cloud: Mirink sends your catalogue to Cabai.cloud.

  3. Write your quotes

    Add a Mirink product to a quote: the configurator opens and calculates the price.

Requirements

  • A Cabai.cloud account on the Croissance or Élite plan
  • An active supplier connector in Mirink

Does Mirink change my quotes and invoices?

No. Mirink adds its products to your Cabai.cloud catalogue, but never changes your quotes or invoices. It reads them to suggest the orders to place.

Do I also need an online shop?

No. The Cabai.cloud plugin is enough to sell on quote; you can add a shop later.
